Production Associate, First Shift

What you'll do

• Follow company safety rules and policies
• process hot-rolled steel into cold-drawn steel bars to required dimensions and lengths
• operate overhead cranes, forklifts, straighteners, feed tables, conveyors, eddy-current testers, and related equipment
• use a calibrated micrometer to verify bar diameter
• maintain a neat work area
• identify material that does not meet specifications
• perform other duties as assigned.
