What you'll do

• Coordinate crude oil movements across pipeline, terminal, and marine networks
• partner with Trading, Refining, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders
• manage nominations, inventory movements, balancing, reconciliations, and supply optimization
• monitor inventory, logistics constraints, and operational risks
• oversee marine cargo execution, vessel scheduling, terminal operations, customs compliance, and loss control
• review agreements for operational and quality alignment
• support reporting, settlement, inventory accounting, and cost management
• maintain scheduling and transaction data in SAP, Navarik, and other systems
• provide on-call support as required.
