What you'll do
- Perform assigned Dietary Department routines and cleaning
- assist the cook with meal preparation and service
- meet meal and snack times
- arrange tray cards, load food carts, serve residents, and set up the dining room
- wash and store dishes
- assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- report supply, equipment, safety, and facility concerns
- follow infection-control, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- maintain resident dignity and HIPAA compliance.
