The role builds the quality management system, ensures compliance, and drives product reliability and operational performance as the U.S. operation launches and grows.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute quality strategy and objectives
• lead quality teams at the Austin site and potentially additional sites as the company grows
• build a quality culture
• oversee the QMS and compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and applicable requirements
• establish policies and governance
• lead customer quality, supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, risk management, and continuous improvement
• reduce defects, waste, scrap, rework, and cost of poor quality
• develop the quality team and department budget
• establish and report quality KPIs.
