The role supports store action plans, financial results, staffing, inventory, food safety, and the development of hourly Team Members.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to Team Members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address Team Member issues
• respond to guest concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• assist with financial reports, performance analysis, food safety, records, and action plans.
