Clinical Dietitian

The Clinical Dietitian role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, full-time, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. The dietitian provides nutrition services to residents in a long-term care setting and works with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role supports resident-focused medical goals by applying the Nutrition Care Process, developing individualized nutrition interventions, and monitoring progress. It also contributes to safe, coordinated care through resident and family education, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct and document nutrition assessments and MDS requirements
• identify nutrition diagnoses and develop individualized care plans
• implement nutrition interventions and provide resident and family education
• monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• document care, support discharge planning, and serve as a nutrition resource
• support compliance, quality improvement, surveys, audits, student education, and facility operations.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or a related area and an approved dietetics education and supervised-practice program required; must be registration eligible and licensed within one year of employment. Healthcare or skilled-nursing experience is preferred.
