What you'll do

• Provide food and beverage service according to Forbes Five-Star standards
• take accurate orders and use suggestive selling
• know menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, wines, cocktails, and specials
• make recommendations based on guest preferences
• maintain tables and service stations
• process payments and follow cash-handling procedures
• collaborate with culinary, bartending, and support teams
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• complete opening, side work, and closing duties
• attend pre-shift meetings.
