Driving Range Attendant

The Driving Range Attendant is an onsite, part-time role in Naples, FL, paying $15 per hour for approximately 15–20 hours per week. The role supports Imperial Golf Club’s Golf Operations team and the daily operation of its driving range and practice areas. The attendant maintains range equipment and practice spaces, retrieves and cleans golf balls, and assists members and guests. The work helps keep the range clean, organized, and safe while supporting a positive club experience.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain the driving range and practice areas
• retrieve and clean golf balls and replenish supplies
• safely operate golf ball pickers, carts, and other range equipment after training
• keep areas clean and organized
• maintain baskets, bag stands, signage, and equipment
• monitor practice areas and follow safety procedures
• greet and assist members and guests
• report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns
• assist with other Golf Operations duties as needed.
