What you'll do

• Meet with clients to develop tailored estate plans and trust documents
• help parents create guardianship plans
• draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, incapacity documents, and guardianship plans
• assist with trust administration
• present community workshops and webinars, including after-hours events one or two times per month
• attend local networking events
• oversee signing meetings
• supervise and delegate work to paralegals
• and work with the firm owner and legal team on processes and procedures.
