Automotive Assistant and Service Managers

The Automotive Assistant and Service Managers role is onsite in Lebanon, OH, with compensation of $45,000–$65,000 per year. The position supports Midas service, repair, and tire center operations as part of the Mavis Tire family. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with efficient, safe store operations, while the Service Manager guides repair workflow and helps customers select tires and services. Together, these responsibilities support timely, high-quality vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager
• enforce policies, procedures, and standards
• schedule mechanic and technician work
• manage outside orders
• monitor job quality and completion
• support customer expectations and team safety. Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations
• direct mechanic, alignment technician, and tire technician workflow
• stage repair and maintenance work
• communicate with customers, assess needs, and support sales and satisfaction.
