What you'll do
- Process billing and accounts receivable workflows, including admissions, census changes, ancillary charges, refunds, and billing. File Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and private-pay claims
- follow up on denied or returned claims
- review aging reports and reconcile payments
- track revenue-cycle goals
- support community staff
- and respond to resident and responsible-party billing inquiries.
