The Clinical Triage Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The nurse assesses patient symptoms by phone, communicates care information, and coordinates with physicians and clinical staff to guide appropriate next steps. The role also supports patient education, follow-up, and accurate electronic medical record documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform telephone triage and assess symptoms
• communicate with patients about symptoms, treatment plans, test results, medications, and follow-up care
• consult physicians about patient concerns and findings
• coordinate test results, referrals, and provider recommendations
• provide patient education and postoperative follow-up
• review patient history and document interactions in the EMR
• maintain confidentiality and follow safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
