Customer Experience Representative

The representative serves as a primary contact for patients and customers, handling inquiries and orders accurately while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

What you'll do

• Answer high-volume incoming calls
• make outbound calls to new and existing patients
• assist customers by phone, email, chat, and in person
• process online and phone orders
• provide product, pricing, and availability information
• investigate order, payment, product, and delivery concerns
• gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments
• maintain detailed interaction and order records
• coordinate with business development, logistics, marketing, and inventory teams.
