What you'll do

• Lead a safe, nurturing toddler classroom
• implement developmentally appropriate activities and the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• encourage language, independence, movement, and social-emotional growth
• support meals, diapering and toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
• maintain routines and positive behavior guidance
• observe development and milestones
• maintain classroom documentation
• build relationships with families
• collaborate with support teachers
• follow applicable New York City childcare regulations.
