What you'll do

• Process and deposit donations and record them in QuickBooks
• generate and verify donor reports
• review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
• manage credit card transactions and account coding
• create purchase orders and coordinate recurring expense approvals
• manage petty cash and monthly reconciliation
• track and allocate departmental expenses
• support financial reporting and maintain donation records.
