Operations Manager, Manufacturing

The Operations Manager role is onsite in Oldsmar, FL, with a base salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year. The position leads daily operations at an established Florida manufacturing facility. The manager uses operational and financial data to improve productivity, reduce costs, and achieve goals, coordinating across manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and quality to strengthen factory performance and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations, staffing, employee development, inventory, delivery, budgets, purchasing, and product quality
• support capacity planning, forecasts, and annual plans
• establish policies, KPIs, and procedures
• coach managers and supervisors
• partner with Sales and Business Lines on customer requirements and production planning
• lead continuous improvement and 6S programs
• analyze operational data
• qualify and audit suppliers
• and promote safety and regulatory compliance.
