What you'll do

• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and vital-sign monitoring
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, feeding, and hydration
• document resident care and services
• participate in assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary meetings
• provide emotional support and companionship.
