What you'll do

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and checkout
• handle confidential guest records
• answer and route calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• manage cash drawer transactions
• maintain hotel system records
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• maintain front desk and lobby areas
• coordinate with other departments
• and escalate complex issues when needed.
