What you'll do

• Prepare estimates using internal pricing, material and labor costs, historical data, and vendor or subcontractor quotes
• review architectural, structural, and MEP documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• clarify scope and budget expectations
• gather market pricing and lead times
• prepare and update bids
• maintain estimating and vendor pricing data
• collaborate with Sales, Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Production
• help improve estimating tools and processes.
