The Registered Nurse role is an onsite position in Miramar Beach, FL. Pay is $33–$41 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants under the Director of Nursing
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• complete baseline and periodic assessments on time
• prepare for physician rounds
• initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate
• document care and prepare evaluations and reports
• provide nursing care within scope and facility standards
• monitor residents for changes and notify providers as needed.
