CNC Machine Operator — First Shift

The CNC Machine Operator works onsite in Hudson, WI, in a manufacturing shop. Pay is $23–$29 per hour. Croix Gear is hiring for its manufacturing team. What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• adjust settings for accuracy and efficiency
• inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools
• troubleshoot minor machine issues
• perform routine maintenance
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• follow company safety and quality standards.
