The Medical Assistant — On-Site Clinical Assistant role is onsite at the Hilcorp Energy Company location in Aztec, NM. The schedule is weekdays only, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $18 to $24 per hour. Hamilton Health Box operates telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics and aims to provide high-touch, low-cost healthcare. The role supports daily clinical and administrative operations at the clinic, helping employees access protocol-driven care, screenings, follow-up, health education, and referrals. It contributes to efficient care delivery and patient navigation in coordination with providers, the Pod Manager, and partner services.

What you'll do

• Support daily clinical and administrative clinic operations
• schedule patients and follow up
• deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by a provider
• assist with physicals, placement examinations, screenings, testing, and results reporting
• coordinate follow-up exams and referrals
• document care in electronic medical records
• provide health education, counseling, and care navigation
• coordinate health fairs, classes, and training
• communicate barriers to care to the Pod Manager. BLS is required before onboarding
• Certified Medical Assistant is preferred. Local travel between clinics may be required.
