Quality Manager

It supports product quality and continuous improvement through audits, root-cause analysis, training, and coordination with manufacturing and management.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes, including ISO 9001 procedures
• investigate customer complaints
• train supervisors and operators on procedure changes
• develop KPIs
• manage internal audits
• define quality specifications
• oversee root-cause analysis and preventive measures
• supervise direct reports
• represent the company in customer and regulatory audits
• drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma methods.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of quality or process engineering experience; 2+ years leading professionals; Six Sigma/Lean experience and Green Belt certification. Black Belt certification is preferred.
