HVAC and Plumbing Field Service Technician

Job overview

The HVAC and Plumbing Field Service Technician role is onsite and field-based in Northbrook, IL, with compensation of $50,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Start up, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydronic heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing equipment
• perform scheduled maintenance and calibrations
• check system distribution measurements
• assist with system design and modifications
• train technicians and staff in preventive maintenance
• document service work and communicate recommendations
• maintain vehicle stock, tools, and safety equipment.
