The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee is an onsite role based in Moweaqua, IL. Compensation is specified as $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year, supporting the Clinton Nuclear Power Station. This role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon completion of training, the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee bargaining unit operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform job assignments as directed by management, including emergency response and outage support.
