What you'll do

• Handle general administrative tasks
• open and close the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• schedule appointments and manage the team calendar
• greet and assist customers
• process payments
• respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email
• mail insurance materials
• manage bank deposits and records
• prepare professional letters and emails.
