What you'll do

• Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records
• manage compliance documentation and reports
• enter fleet and driver data and process vehicle transfers and disposal requests
• prepare fleet performance, maintenance, and cost reports
• monitor expenses and assist with budget preparation
• maintain supplier and service-provider records
• coordinate maintenance and repairs
• respond to driver and client inquiries
• assist with fleet asset and vendor acquisition
• process departmental accounts payable and receivable documentation
• ensure insurance and registration renewals.
