The Process Engineering Project Technical Leader — Microelectronics role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $117,000–$130,000 per year. Veolia’s Water Technology Business develops solutions for water scarcity, quality, productivity, and energy challenges. The role leads process design and delivery for microelectronics customers’ ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment projects. It aligns process engineers around technical strategies and deliverables, owns the overall treatment solution and process guarantees, and serves as a technical lead for customers and project teams.

What you'll do

  • Align process engineers on project strategy, deliverables, and schedules
  • lead design of integrated water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions
  • own process flow diagrams, flow tables or mass balances, and process guarantees
  • assess technical risks and upstream/downstream process impacts
  • support piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies
  • serve as lead technical contact for customers and project functions
  • troubleshoot issues
  • liaise with regulatory agencies as needed
  • lead assigned projects and corrective actions
  • present at industry events
  • train and mentor process engineering colleagues.
