Systems/Network Administrator Lead

The Systems/Network Administrator Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Chicago, IL, supporting the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) enterprise. Compensation is $125,000–$140,000 per year. The role serves as the contractor’s service owner and helps ensure enterprise operations meet defined service levels. The lead oversees systems and network administration, operations and maintenance, and outage response across enterprise platforms. The role coordinates the outage response team, directs recovery efforts, maintains response procedures and the incident response plan, and supports secure, reliable operations under applicable security requirements.

What you'll do

• Apply Risk Management Framework security practices
• support engineering, integration, testing, and configuration
• plan and organize contractor operations and maintenance for USMEPCOM networks
• lead outage response and recovery, including continuity of operations and disaster recovery
• coordinate outage communications with third parties and leadership
• maintain outage procedures and the incident response plan.
