What you'll do

• Assist with front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance operations. Support financial targets, guest satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs
• supervise and coach department leaders
• resolve guest concerns
• monitor performance metrics and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
• ensure safety, health, and brand compliance
• participate in hiring, training, and evaluations
• and represent hotel leadership in meetings, community events, and vendor relations as needed.

Why this role
