Leasing Consultant — Newbury Flats

What you'll do

• Connect with prospects and follow up
• conduct property tours
• process applications and screening
• respond to resident and prospect concerns by phone and email and enter requests in Rent Manager
• prepare property materials, move-in documents, and renewal paperwork
• maintain the leasing office and model units
• assist with rent collection, work-order follow-up, and market surveys
• provide backup for the Property Manager as needed.
