Hospice Aide Certified Nursing Assistant

Hospice Aide Certified Nursing Assistant is an onsite role in Wexford, PA, paying $21–$23 per hour. The aide works under a registered nurse’s supervision and follows each patient’s plan of care to meet personal needs and promote comfort. The aide provides personal care, observes and reports changes in patient condition, and documents care performed. The work supports safe, continuous hospice care for patients and respite for families and caregivers when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding assistance
• assist with ambulation, exercise, transfers, and positioning as directed
• report pain, symptoms, or condition changes to the RN Case Manager
• document care
• provide medication reminders as permitted
• perform assigned light homemaking tasks and offer respite when appropriate.
