What you'll do

• enter and retrieve reservation data
• explain deposit and guarantee policies
• handle complaints and negotiate alternatives when the hotel is sold out
• maintain guest information and mailing lists
• verify credit card authorizations
• assist with designated reservation and conference/catering tasks.
