What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and company policies
• lead, train, and develop associates
• monitor store performance and patient and customer experience
• partner with the Doctor on patient care
• conduct store audits
• maintain quality, merchandising, service, corporate, and safety standards
• report to the District Manager
• execute marketing and promotional initiatives
• manage budgets and supplies
• recruit, hire, and retain staff
• provide feedback and performance evaluations
• maintain associate records.
