What you'll do

• Assist with patent and trademark searches
• monitor online activity for potential malfeasance
• maintain patent, trademark, and copyright dockets
• file applications and prosecution items with the USPTO and Copyright Office
• track filings and projects
• review and respond to correspondence from patent offices and foreign counsel
• respond to member IP-related questions
• conduct legal research
• prepare presentations on IP updates and legal issues.
