It contributes to transaction structuring, documentation, negotiation, due diligence, execution, and closing while developing expertise in private credit and structured finance.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in financing transactions
• assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting private credit, fund finance, CLO, and other structured finance transactions
• draft and review credit agreements, financing documents, security agreements, and related documentation
• support due diligence, negotiation, execution, and closing
• work with partners and senior attorneys on financing structures and market products
• develop client relationships and contribute to the Global Finance practice.
