What you'll do

• Receive calls from field staff and physicians about client care issues and orders
• enter appropriate orders and update plans of care, medication profiles, and schedules
• document calls
• review and approve interim orders before physician submission
• support intake and referral processing as needed
• assign licensed professionals for evaluation visits
• participate in case conferences as needed
• process recertification and discharge decisions based on clinical documentation and input
• follow up on order tracking and entitlement verification issues.
