Production and Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Production and Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in High Point, NC; compensation is not specified. The technician works under the Maintenance/Utilities Engineer supporting molding and assembly equipment. The role exists to keep plant machinery and utilities operating reliably through troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation. Following safety, quality, and environmental procedures helps sustain production operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain molding and assembly machinery according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures
• troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, especially Allen-Bradley platforms
• operate and support plant equipment including chillers, dryers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, lighting, and pumps
• document and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• move and install machinery
• repair mechanical devices and fabricate parts
• follow safety and environmental rules and participate in improvement activities.
