What you'll do

• Greet guests
• answer phone calls and questions about spa services and products
• book, change, and cancel appointments
• check guests into the computer system and charge for services
• process cash and card transactions
• describe treatments and facility features
• maintain the spa desk bank and organized work area
• assist with transitional cleaning of locker and relaxation areas as needed.
