Job overview
The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager role is onsite and may work from the Snohomish location in Lynnwood or the King location in Tukwila, Washington. Pay is $120,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do
- Receive and review case referrals and patient information
- determine hospice or home care needs and assign personnel
- review cases through visits, conferences, records, and services delivered
- guide clinicians
- review diagnoses, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course
- manage EMR records and workflow
- support care plans and goals
- attend case conferences
- conduct quarterly record reviews
- assist with hiring, orientation, training, policy development, and quality improvement.

Why this role
