Assistant Director of Membership, Private Club

The Assistant Director of Membership, Private Club role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 per year. The role reports to the Director of Membership and supports a private social club with dining, event space, a private gym, coworking, and networking opportunities. The assistant director develops recruitment initiatives and manages prospect and member engagement through the membership pipeline. The work supports membership growth, an engaged community, and a positive member experience, while coordinating with sales, marketing, and club leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute membership recruitment strategies
• lead community-development initiatives
• collaborate on recruitment campaigns and materials
• prospect members in the Greater Boston Area and beyond
• evaluate nominations and manage the pipeline
• host and attend recruitment events
• support interviews, onboarding, waitlist management, and member welcome events
• analyze membership trends and prepare recruitment reports
• represent the club at events
• support selection committee processes and strategic projects
• train and develop the sales and marketing team
• manage the Glitch and Campaigns modules.
