What you'll do

• Respond to homeowner warranty concerns
• visit homes to inspect issues and determine warranty eligibility
• coordinate and schedule warrantable repairs
• work with homeowners and subcontractors to resolve issues
• follow up and inspect completed repairs
• hold contractors accountable
• maintain warranty records
• explain home maintenance and non-warrantable items
• manage a budget
• pursue high homeowner satisfaction.
