Driver Lead

The Driver Lead role is onsite in Bountiful, UT, with a rotating schedule of 40 hours per week that includes weekends and open and/or closing shifts. Compensation is $23 per hour. WholesomeCo provides medical cannabis services, including statewide delivery, and describes its mission as improving medical cannabis accessibility with patients’ needs first. The lead supports a team of 10–15 drivers and oversees daily delivery operations, coaching, performance, coverage, and compliance. The role helps ensure drivers and routes are prepared, deliveries are handled accurately, and operational standards are followed.

What you'll do

• Support hiring and training of drivers
• address employee issues and development needs
• maintain standard operating procedures and best practices
• monitor driver performance and KPIs for safety, compliance, and process adherence
• coach drivers through daily interactions, ride-alongs, and reviews
• address attendance and coverage issues
• approve timecards and oversee time-off requests
• document coaching and employee issues
• coordinate with Dispatch, Customer Support, Fulfillment, and management
• oversee route readiness, order and equipment checks, driver check-ins, returns, cash reconciliation, vehicle assignments, vehicle care, compliance audits, equipment supplies, and payment devices
• support team and training meetings.
