• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage
• conduct daily/weekly safety meetings
• develop pre-construction safety plans
• oversee quality workmanship and QC processes
• administer prime and subcontracts
• manage project budgets, schedules, and document control
• resolve contract conflicts.
