What you'll do

• Ensure daily assignments are completed
• train and support employees
• maintain client files, paperwork, service tracking, progress reports, and billing documents
• coordinate schedules
• provide staff supervision
• conduct work-site inspections
• support safety and regulatory compliance
• communicate with employers and funding sources
• perform office duties
• drive personal or company vehicles as needed
• act as Project Manager in their absence.
