What you'll do

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS
• lead, mentor, and schedule maintenance technicians and supervisors
• provide technical support for production-line repairs and troubleshooting of PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• plan and execute capital projects and machinery installations
• manage maintenance budgets and spare-parts inventory
• ensure OSHA, environmental, and food safety compliance
• collaborate with production and engineering to identify failure causes and improve equipment effectiveness.
