What you'll do

• Execute multichannel campaigns for ticket sales, program participation, and membership acquisition
• develop lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, engagement, and renewal
• lead marketing execution for programs and seasonal offerings
• manage campaign calendars, creative assets, approvals, and budgets
• write campaign copy
• analyze performance and conduct A/B testing
• supervise and mentor one Marketing Specialist.
