What you'll do

• Set supervisory activity oversight strategy
• lead end-to-end assessment of supervisory activities
• provide senior challenge to Front Office supervisors
• oversee quality assurance reviews
• identify and escalate supervisory risks
• coordinate with Compliance and Internal Audit
• drive process reengineering
• monitor KRIs and KPIs
• lead education and change management.
