Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Charlton, MA. Pay is $36–$53 per hour. The nurse supports resident-centered clinical care and activities of daily living at Overlook Masonic Health Center. The nurse assesses residents, leads interdisciplinary care planning, supervises and participates in care delivery, evaluates outcomes, and adjusts care plans to address resident needs while following facility standards and applicable regulations.
