The Bilingual Behavioral Health Case Manager role is hybrid in Houston, TX. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Exceptional Wellness is a community-based mental health organization serving children and families through a strengths-based, client-centered model. The case manager collaborates with the clinical team to develop tailored treatment plans and provides case management assistance to support the well-being of children and families. The position delivers 40% of case management services in the community and allows the other 60% to be provided via telehealth.

Why this role

Requires English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese bilingual ability, a bachelor’s degree in a listed related field, and two or more years of behavioral health or closely related experience. QMHP-CS certification is preferred; applicants with at least 30 combined hours of college-level psychology credits are also invited to apply.
